Self-Esteem

Have you ever been to this?

“I’m ugly”

“I have no talent”

“I’m not good in sports”

Before I was said it to myself.

Perhaps you have even looked at yourself in the mirror and say “If ever someone loves me? Maybe a dean list in your school? An athlete or a singer? Probably everyone who has ever lived wished that they could change at least one physical feature: their nose, their height, weight and their complexion.

If we rely on beauty, wealth, possessions, and other outward aspects of our life for self-worth we may find temporary fulfilment and happiness. In order to be happy and confident be proud to yourself who you are.

Close friendship are developed through sharing of interests, likes and dislikes and spending time together in certain activities. We all have acquaintances, faces we recognize and people we great by name. Causal friendships happen through continued contact.

But intimate friendships are what everyone desires and needs. These kinds of friendship are friends that stay with us no matter what happen. They listen to us in good or bad times and genuinely interested in what is best for us.
